I’ve just stumbled on a fantastic resource for athletes that i just have to tell you about – it’s a site that does what’s called datablogging and it’s over at www.reger.com. You get a (free) account and enter in your training data – the site generates a whole range of charts and information so you can see how your training is going. It looks very, very useful.
It publishes the info to their site so you can see your data anywhere, anytime. Well worth a look.
