How did you get into the sport?
Way back in the early 2000’s as a late teen I bought a cheap $500 MTB. The guy at the shop told me I should come along to the MTB race he was helping to organise on the weekend so I did! I had no idea what I was doing and there was a lot of mud but I had a heap of fun.
Hardest thing about your sport?
Training in the cold and dark during Tassie winters
What does your regular training week consist of?
Currently it’s 2x gym sessions, 1x interval session, 3x 1-3 hour zone 2 rides but will need to adjust this for upcoming events.

entering races!
Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)
For the remainder of 2026 I am shifting my focus to endurance events including UCI Gravel World Series Devil’s Cardigan and the national xc marathon championships, in addition to state level xco MTB and gravel champs
