Sporting Accomplishments?
5 marathons so far including a recent 2.57 marathon , 174km backyard ultra marathon.
How did you get into this sport?
As a semi professional football back in the UK I’ve always kept fit but found love for running about 3/4 years ago when travelling out to Australia completing different runs around each city as much as I could, fount it a much easier and more beneficial way to see each place!
Hardest thing about your sport?
In your own mind!
Regular Cureent Training Week?
5/6 runs a week (80-100km) , 4/5 gym strength sessions.
How do you keep motivated?
I try to keep high self motivation, just want to better yourself every day and achieve things you didn’t think were possible for yourself , whilst trying to be a good role model and help people along the way.
