How did you get into your sport: I found myself surrounded by the most nutty, inspiring and passionate adventurers who encouraged me to become one of them.
Hardest thing about your sport: Choosing a wheel size.
What does your regular training week consists of: Copious amounts of time spent with post-ride coffees and attempting to make peace with my foam roller.
How do you keep motivated: By regularly riding with friends on a mountain range somewhere.
Goals (Future Plans and Career expectations): To continue to learn, to find new challenges and to add to the collection of scars on both my elbows and shins.
Best piece of advice you have been given: I’m going to cheat and name the top three pieces of advice that have saved me. Eat every 30-45 minutes, stay in the moment and back yourself.
