I know I’m not going to get crap or heat stroke when I carry my fizz with me (running and cycle)

I have been using Endurolyte Fizz mango flavour for several years for training and racing in conjunction with the Endurolyte Capsules. Both products have provided me with good support for cramp prevention. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I've been using Fizz tablets for years. Really easy to use, refreshing taste (especially lemon/lime) and no nasty sugars. Great way to stay hydrated and reduce risk of cramps. They're also good for general hydration in hot weather or after illness.

Have used the endurolytes for several years now - since using them I don’t get ‘the shakes’ when on bike rides. They taste good and are easy to transport if required in the container

Fizz is another one of my "go to" Hammer products. Quick and easy dissolvable tablet, great flavour range to prevent taste fatigue, not sweet or bitter to drink, and for me it 100% prevents cramping. I use Fizz on all my training runs and events and encourage everyone I bump into to do the same. Handy storage tube which fits easily in a pack.
