How Did You Get Into The Sport?-I started running in January 2025 because I wanted to improve my cardio for the Police Force. I started with a simple 5K, but as the months went on, I found myself wanting to challenge myself more and more. Every time I completed something, I either wanted to go faster or go further.

That mindset eventually led me from running into HYROX, ultra marathons and Ironman — each challenge pushing me further outside my comfort zone. What started as a way to improve my fitness has turned into a genuine passion for seeing how far I can push myself, both physically and mentally.

I’m still chasing harder ultras, faster times and bigger challenges. I don’t think that will ever stop, because there’s always another goal to chase and always room to improve.

Hardest Thing About The Sport:

- Mental Resilience On Race Day. Your mind tells you to quit or to give up everytime you compete in a race. Battling your mind is the hardest

- Long Training Weeks. Some events require 10-12 hour training weeks and balancing that with a full time job and shift work is difficult.

Regular Training Week:

- I'm Running 4-5x A Week.

- I Do 2x Easy Run's, 1x Tempo Run, 1x Interval Run and 1 Long Run with Pace Goal's

- I workout 3x A Week.

- My Split is Back and Biceps, Chest Shoulders , Triceps and Legs.

- I sauna and do Recovery 2x a Week

How do you keep motivated?

I stay motivated by working towards new events and goals. I always sign up for new events and make new goals when I finish an event.

- Having a goal and an event to work towards keeps me motivated 24/7.
