How did you get into your sport: Trying to get away from the Sydney surfing crowds. Surfing lesser quality waves was still fun and without anyone else out. That then progressed to the racing side of the sport
Hardest thing about your sport: The multiple disciplines, from a 5km race one weekend to a 28km race the next.
What does your regular training week consists of: 4-5 on water sessions, 2 swimming sessions and 2 gym sessions
How do you keep motivated: always working towards goals
Goals (Future Plans and Career expectations): Win Molokai 2 Oahu, Maui 2 Molokai and King Of The Cut
Best piece of advice you have been given: If you don’t enjoy it don’t do it
