How did you get into your sport?
Started out racing NSW all schools triathlon at 16yrs old, from there was racing in the Victorian Institute of sport and now training in Brisbane,QLD
The hardest thing about your sport?
Keeping on top of the small things to ensure the Body is in top form day in day out.
What does your regular training week consist of?
Roughly 20-25hrs a week / most weeks consisting of 18-20k swimming / 300-350km bike and 90-100km running
How do you keep motivated:?
The daily grind and getting out and pushing my body every day and achieving goals I thought were impossible.
Goals – where to from here?
My aim goal is to focus on the next 4 years racing Olympic distance triathlon and seeing how high I can race the elite field.. from then I will progress into Long Course racing.
The best piece of advice you have been given?
Do something to the absolute best of your ability and give it 100% effort and that’s all you can ask for.
