I would have to say that Hammer Nutrition’s Perpetuem completely changed my approach to training and racing nutrition; it is just amazing. I rode the Australian solo 24 Hour mountain bike championships with Perpetuem as my only food source.

1. What are your sporting aspirations?
I would love to place in Open Women at Aus Champs in solo 24hr racing in the next few years.
2. Who is your sporting hero?
James Williamson. He was a good friend, amazing guy and inspirational rider.
3. What is your favourite race? Why?
I love solo 24 hour racing. It is raw and not only a physical challenge but an incredible mental challenge too.
4. What is your greatest sporting achievement?
I was fourth in my age category at the 2011 solo 24 hour Australian Championships. I was also first in my age category in the 2008 solo 24 hour Australian Championships.
5. What Hammer Nutrition products do you use?
As a base I use Perpetuem and Endurolytes when racing. I top this up with Hammer Gels and Hammer Bars when needed. I also use Recoverite after long rides and races.
6. Why do you Hammer Nutrition?
Hammer Nutrition have a range of products which meet all my training and racing needs and I really enjoy them! They have fuel for racing, electrolytes, gels and bars for shorter races or top ups, and recovery products for afterwards.
