Karen Foat - Joins the Hammer Team
Karen is a 24 hour solo MTB - who recently qualified for the World 24 hour Solo Championships in Canada this July.
Karen has been using Perpetuem in her races and hopes to set a PB int he Worlds.
It's along time to stay awake riding a MTB going around a bush track. Lots of things can go wrong !
We will keep you posted on how she goes.
Hammer will provide nutritional support to Karen and encourages as many athletes as we can to compete to the best of their abilities.
